The name is from the quote "Oh, I am bad... I'm a bad, bad man." Which was not spoken, but rather thought, by Wesley in the episode "Earshot."

Method of Judging: Kaycee and Cec each judge all the entries individually, then make a list of around ten of their favorites from the round (always a tough choice!). Then, the two lists are compared. Videos on both lists are chosen as winners. Obviously, we make adjustments to that little formula when it's necessary to keep our number of winners from getting out of control!
